Utility Bills
The utility bills are mailed the first week of the month and are due by the 20th. If the bill is not paid by the 20th, a 10% penalty is assessed and a Friendly Reminder is mailed. The Bill is then due seven days from the date of the reminder. If the bill is not paid within the additional seven days, the service will be disconnected. Before service will be restored, the entire delinquent bill, in addition to a $50.00 reconnect fee must be paid in full.

Base Fees: This is the flat rate attached to every bill whether water was consumed or not.
